how long does it take for the heat wrap to finally lose the burnt odor?? i just put mine on yesterday.. stuff really work but then it stinky and kinda smokie....

Mine took over a week to go away, but I installed a new muffler, header, dei heat tape, etc all at the same time.. that **** reaked but hey my engine bay is much cooler and i dropped 6 tenths in the 1/4 going from clogged dx cat, ls header with crushed collector, dx piping, and dx muffler to jdm dc 4-1, test pipe, 2.5" mandrel bent piping, apexi n1... I went from 14.7@94 w/ 2.2 60ft, to 14.2@98 w/ 2.4 60ft..
