I bought a ram horn manifold from SLS and love it but one problem........all the excess heat is starting to expletive up my hood

I have already heat wraped my DP and dump tube which helped alot and also put a 12"X24" heat sheild thing from summit above the turbo on the hood but the hood still gets very hot when the car idols or sits in traffic etc.


I was going to heat wrap the manifold but the runners are to close together on the sides........so what should I do? I thought about getting it coated but that looks like **** imo. maybe get in there with a file? pop the back of my hood? (yes I know this is not ram air but figured it might help at stop lights etc. let heat escape)
