headgasket and 82mm bore?

where can i get a solid headgasket for an 82mm ls/vtec turbo? all i can find is 81mm made by golden eagle

You dont want a solid headgasket. Stay with an MLS style. We sell Cometic gaskets in various thickness's and I would recommend the HP gasket that offers better sealing for FI applications.

how much are they with a .026" thickness? they will work for an ls vtec

I would have to see if the .027" is available in the HP version. Im pretty sure its not since the extra thickness of the center layer around the bore brings it up a few thou. Best is to email me with your build and I could recommend a proper size. Be sure to tell me, if you know, how much material was removed from the block and head, what cams, valves, pistons, and what the piston/deck clearance is. Also desired compression ratio, or there abouts.
