Default Head Job

Since I have GSR Swap in my Civic EX would I need to port and polish my heads? cause my whp goal is 400whp, and right now my setup is gonna be Hondata s200b, Thermal Exhaust, Golden Eagle Rods, I think its CE Pistons, new valve springs, Im gonna use the stock VTEC head, and Stock cams... I believe thats all... I got a quote tho...my whole engine rebulid from Golden Eagle would be like 3200.00 shipped, so i should be safe to make 400whp on 10-12 psi level right?

Also would it be worth it to hack the ECU for more hp?

First off, it is HEAD (as you only have 1 on a 4 banger).
It is Eagle Rods
It is CP Pistons
I think you will need a little more boost than that for 400.
Stock head and cams should be fine. Just bump up the boost a little.
Get bigger injectors for the hondata.

Yea sorry bout the post I was rushing, I had class from 10:15-12:20 so ya know but yeah I have my layout here with me

Eagle Rods
CP Pistons
R/C Injectors 550c
RevHard Stage 3 Turbo
Hondata S200b
Engine Sleeving
Line Boring and hone as well
Crank Sizing
Rod Sizing
and Micro-Polishing The Crank
Thermal Exhaust for my Turbo

So if thats not more than enough to make 400whp+ then I dont know what Is...now this Revhard Turbo stage 3 they said its 200whp kit....so let me get this str8, once the kit is installed right then and there, and dyno...it adds 200whp over stock power?

what they mean is 200 whp total... but if you are going to build the engine, you can turn up the boost (create more power, with proper fuel & tuning) what turbo do you have?? what intercooler?? if it is all stock revhard stuff you might be pushing it.... just my opinion though, someone correct me if i am wrong!

also if you are running a hondata, you dont chip the computer, you just run the hondata, and get it tuned.... no need for a chip

personally i am using a precision sc61 and a spearco intercooler the core size is approx. 27 x 8 x 3.. and semen deka 720 cc injectors....

3 inch exhaust, and a throttlebody and intake manifold / head porting may be a good idea for you aswell...

My friend you have alot of research to do before you start even spending money. Best advice is to read, read, and learn. IF your lookin for over 400whp why go with eagle rods? Spending all that money get some Pauter or Manley rods. Or just give your whole block to Earl and have him let Dan Benson sleeve and build it from bottom to top.
