Default head gasket thickness

looking at the cometic head gasket and there a lot of different thickness there is .030,.036,.040,.045 and im shure theres more what would be the best for my set up 84mm sleeved block b16 head stock cp9.7.1 pistons ls crank any help

i think they offer a hp version I think the thinist that comes in is .040
I would get that one.
every .01 thicker you go with the gasket will get a compression drop off about .2
they all work the same they just have different thicknesses so you can change your compression.
