Move to Maui. You can do anything here.

 

Well Oahu is part of Hawaii to move to but there will be no track from what I heard. Nothing so far so if they don't start soon then no race season next year. Kauai is still going also Maui and Big Island.

 

all i gotts say is, Oahu the law sucks... compare to the other islands

 

hawaii race scene has lots of fast cars but also a lot of ricers if you ask me. as far as your car goes, if you got nice ****, keep it stashed in a garage and be careful where you park when you go out cus a lot of cars get jacked every day/night. as far as cops/laws, i never had recon, you just gotta find someone who can hook u up with a safety check cus most places wont give you safety if you car is dropped, etc without recon. recon law is stupid because there is no set bar for modifications so its up to the person evaluating the car to pass of fail. there are some cool cops and also some well not so nice ones, they used to be real bitchy about lights but im not so sure how it is now. btw just so you know almost every other car is a honda/acura there so there is quite a large honda crowd. oh and no emmisions
