Default Having PROBLEMS installing a JRC on 00 GSR

I was trying to mount my 6" JRC intercooler and the piping doesn't seem to fit through the space provided on the car. I bought the pipes from a guy that had an integra but it doesnt look like they will work at all.

Any pictures and details of what to cut and where to cut?
