this is a standard set up, ramhorn, t3tsomthing turbo, 63. ex housing blah blah
the wastgate is a 46mm turbo smart with 10 pound spring it was blowing the wastegate right after vtec all the way till redline and only making around 7.5-8psi, using a boost controller I could not get the car past 10 psi, put a stiffer spring, and still only about 11 psi, can not find a boost leak anywhere, except for when it opens the wastegate durning a pull.
any ideas?

 

Where was your boost signal source?

Try relocating it and getting the boost signal from the intake manifold and see if it makes a difference.
