Default Having new problems need help.

A few weeks ago i installed a set of rc 310cc injectors and recalibrated my fmu to a 8:1.A few nights later i drove the car to make sure there were no leaks.Everything seemed fine it ran good.Well tonight i decided to take it out again because the weather was decent.
Anyways here's my problem.
When accelerating it pulls hard up to about 5,500-6,000 rpm's then it starts bogging (kinda like hitting the rev limiter) but not as abrupt and the car still accelerates but at slower rate. When this is happening the air/fuel ratio is pegged rich (last two bars are lit up).So naturally the 1st thing in my mind is it getting way to much fuel then causing it to bogg.Sound good?
So i "try" to only boost to 2psi (to see were my fuel pressure is at) so my fuel pressure should be at about 64psi but it's at 75psi+..Which is just how it was with the 12:1 fmu???(idle fp is at about 38psi + 10psi for full throttle and 16psi from the fmu).I believe i recalibrated my fmu correctly
i removed The 12:1 (largest washer) and installed the 3rd largest one (8:1 ?) and then put the spring back in and screwed it together.Do they all have springs?I've heard some people say that they have no spring inside?
Has anybody else had a simular problem? Thanks for any help.
