Default boost problems

Ok lets start with beginning problems. On my crx I have a intercooler , 1g bov, 310 cc injectors off of a probe turbo, msd inline fuel pump, b&m fuel pressure regulator and recently purchased a vortech 12:1 fmu. Well with out the fmu the car was pretty quick from 3rd gear on but when getting on it from first gear the car seems to bogg down and make sputtering sounds . It's not detonation I don't think but I'm confused. I put on the fmu and as soon as I hit boost the car boggs so bad its like slamming on the brakes, so I replaced the 310cc injectors with the factory injectors and the car runs alot better but when I"m still on the gas the car still want's to jerk but not near as bad. Do I need to take off the inline fuel pump?
Has any one experienced this problem? I've even tried turning down the fuel pressure . I appreciate all the help I can get, tunning turbo's suck!!!!!!

I was using 310cc injectors , msd inline fuel pump, b&m fuel pressure regulator and only boosting 7 psi.
