Half size radiator in DC2 Questions
I'm starting my second turbo build and am going to opt for a Half Size ra since the OE one has served it's time.
My question is doi I need one for the 92-95 civic? And Do I have to cut the factory mount off and weld it in a new location to mount the new radiator.
For the radiator stay can I just flip my factory one over?

Yes cut the driver side mount and weld it in place. Im using a pwr for the 92-95 and it fits very well. No problems at all with a 12in fan as far as overheating.

You can use one of the top mounts, you move the radiator over and basically there is a hole already up there made, but you might have to go a little more towards the passenger side of clearance is an issue.
For the bottom, you can weld on new mounts or use zip ties. We use 92-95 civic radiators, with worm clamps on the hoses, never had an issue .

Re: Half size radiator in DC2 Questions (RCautoworks)
Uploading a pic for you, gimme a second.
See the top bracket, thats the stock one, see all the tiny holes, we actually had to move the radiator over more, so we drilled a tapped a hole. Works perfect.
