Default H23 NO START

I have my engine in and ready to go. I went to start it and I am not getting spark at the plugs or voltage to the fuel pump. You guys have any idea? I don't have the oil pressure sensor in, would that have anything to with it?

Thanks!

Solid CEL, main relay clicking or no, is the ecu in the car, ignition switch? No fuel pump voltage indicates an issue early in the system, should be a very easy problem to track down.

CEL=Check Engine Light

You should hear two clicks when you put the key in the on position, the first click right as the engine light comes on, then a second click as the light goes off. If the lights stays on, or there are not 2 distinctive clicks with the on and off event, then you have a problem.

Oil pressure sensor definitely has d*ck to do with fuel pump voltage. Sounds like you need to get your story straight.
