I would like to shoot for the 300 to 450whp and as for the budget I would like to do it in stages due to the fact of me having a family. Have any of you guys done setups in stages? or should I just wait and have everything done all at once? what would be the easy way to get this accomplished?

If you want to do it in stages... have your motor built first. Drive on the built motor for a while then throw the turbo kit on.
That's your best bet.

The safest way to go is to at least have your new EMS and injectors installed and have the car tuned for NA until it is turbo. Some guys will throw in a built motor and keep all their fueling and electronics stock but going with a lower compression piston and changing things up in the head will alter your a/f's a bit. For the most part, if your build is simple such as pistons/rods/sleeves you'll be fine but I wouldn't recommend introducing heavy loads to the new motor on a stock ecu/fuel system.

I'm running a t3/t04e on mine and love it. My motor is still all stock and I'm running 9 lbs of boost. This turbo suits my needs because A) I wanted something that would spool quickly and B) I'm not concerned with running tons of boost and making tons of hp. I just wanted something fun on the street and would be relatively dependable.
