Arias piston makes h22 turbo pistons with a compression of 8.4:1. Compression sounds a little low to me. I know with a lower compression most likely I will have more turbo lag but what is the advantage of getting this low of a compression?

 

The lower the comp., the more boost. I am planning on running 9.8:1 in my h22.

 

i guess the sleeves are thin and weak in the h22s.

 

more boost on pump gas. what are your goals? and the sleeves arent thin and weak...

My goal is to be in the 300whp range. Yes this will be my daily driver and I want to be able to use pump gas.

well since your only shooting for 300whp you can safely go 10:1
