Default H22 Turbo Build Suggestions

I'm building my h22a for turbo, and my goal is for around 350-400whp for DD. So far this is what I got and I'm in the process of getting the engine assembled. And would it be okay to drive the car with this setup on stock ecu.

Engine Block
9:1 je pistons
darton sleeved
crower H beam rods
arp head studs
Kaizenspeed manual tensioner & balance shaft eliminator kit
king bearings

Engine Head
JG ported & polished
crower springs & titanium retainers
crower stage 2 cams

I wanted to see what your guys' suggestions were on what I would need to get to reach my goal

Why 9:1 compression?

And no, you should not run that on a stock ecu.

I can't wait for people to realize that lowered compression is a decade old, out-dated method. One of these days...

You're dropping the CR an entire point. No, you can't drive that on a stock ECU.

Spend one solid weekend doing research, then ask more appropriate questions.
Long story short, in order to reach the goal of 350 WHP you would not need to modify your H22 long block. However, this is not the best way to have a reliable build. Of course there are plenty of ways to go about reaching that goal, each with their own pros/cons. Simply stated the stock cams, head ports, valve train will support 350 WHP no problem while, in contrast, the ring lands on the pistons will likely be the first point of failure on a stock long block. Always delete the balance shafts as this adds oil pressure, reduces internal friction, and removes another potential point of failure from your internals.
Oh yea, always TUNE when you modify your engine; proper timing and fuel delivery are critical for a safe and reliable car.

Yea I think I'm gonna get a hondata s300 w/ p28 ecu to tune for the built motor. And thanks for not being so mean, I've been reading a lot about it, but there are still a lot of questions that I have and I'm still learning.
