H22 Turbo
I have been having the worst time ever trying to get my car tuned. Ive tried different ECU's, several Uberdata and Crome programs, a few different shops with good tuners, and noone can seem to figure it out. My setup runs fine all the way up to about 5000 rpms right where vtec is supposed to kick in, everything is perfect with a nice smooth line on the dynosheet. After 5000 rpms the lines on the map cross and jump all over the place and it looks like the worst ******* mess ever and my ignition is everywhere, as soon as they see that mess they give up and say expletive that and send me on my way. The weird thing is my car runs fine in boost, but I have no power up top and no VTEC. SOMEONE HELP.

Then has anyone had problems with h22 turbos, could you give me a list of things that you had to replace that would cause trouble shooting. THANKYOU

My first guess would be some kind of electrical/wiring issue. You said Vtec doesn't work and also report issues with the ECU after a certain RPM. If it still does it with several ECU's and programs, you have ruled out the ECU. Its time to take a look at your wiring is my guess. Perhaps a bad ground?

Re: H22 Turbo (Hybrid93Eg)
All i have used is the aem ecu. The wiring is all ok checked that a few times. Would the temp of the coolant have anything to do with it? My gauge is reading wrong but when you check the temp right next to the sensor it is fine/

for 8psi, you are fine. Anything over 11psi, you want to ditch the stock map sensor.
