h22 running lean
This is what I have:
T3/T4 turbo
450cc DSM injectors
250lpr Walbro fuel pump
1G DSM SMIC
VAFCII
stock MAP sensor (7 check valves)
p13 ecu (stock)
9.5 pistons
The problem is that when I hit about 10 psi my car totally leans out and runs like crap. The map sensor doesn't seem to be reading any boost and even if I turn up the VAFC to like 10% at the rpm that i'm boosting 10 psi it still runs lean. Any ideas?

the check valves are there so the map sensor doesn't see any boost, why would i get rid of them? thanks for the comments but a little more explanation would be helpful

without a raising rate fuel pressure regulator, you are running the hack. with the check valves, the ecu will not compensate for the 450cc injectors. you are injecting 2x more fuel than you need. you don't need the check valves. the map sensor needs to see boost. you need to remove the check valves and dial the afc down to -40 all the way down to -33, and -35 at the high end.
how do you know you're running lean? do you have a wideband o2 sensor?
you need to do more research. I suggest clicking on search link.

if the map sensor sees boost then the ecu will throw a cel and go crazy. if u dont run a chipped ecu u will need the check valves.
please do urself a favor and get rid of all the check valves and the AFC and run uberdat or crome!!!!

yeah, i do need the check valves so the map sensor doesn't see boost. i ordered a fpr on ebay. when that comes in i'll try raising the fuel pressure. where can i get uberdata or crome at a reasonable price in case it comes to that?
if you're running the AFC hack, which it sounds like you are, DO NOT run check valves. Your ECU (and AFC) will never see boost, and you'll never add fuel under boost.
That, coupled with the wonderful timing advance of the hack, will cause the demise of your motor, and quickly.
Take off the check valves, set the AFC to -35 or so across the board and see how it runs.
