h22 guys lets see your cam selections
like it says, i'm having trouble deciding what cams to run with so i figured best thing would be to get all the setups together.

Thats what I've heard. I'm going to be using the stock cams also. Just getting adjustable cam gears though. Should all work out for the best.

I've contacted 3-4 of the better known shops in the country and got the same response. General thinking is that Aftermarket cam makers have not been able to produce cams that are better than the stock H22 cams. (turbo use) NA is a different story. The 'S' series H22 cams make a little more power and if a little low end torque is lost you probably won't miss it with an H22, especially in a light weight hatch.

jason (st00pid) told me to go with some NA cams like skunk2 stage2 cams with some springs and retainers
i think thats what he said to me
he likes NA cams in turbo cars... i think
i know he likes putting type r cams in b16's and such

If you ask Jason from Rage Performance (HT name Jason@Rage), he'll tell you that he uses stock H22 cams in his 725whp turbo H22 EG. Like some people said already... they havent been able to produce cams better than the stock ones.

thats what i've been seeing. I was just curious though, i've got an old mag i was looking at, that has HP Racings old blue h22 hatch and they were running type s cams in the 700whp range
