Default H-Beam VS. I-Beam rods

Very interested in your opinions. I would imagine that most h-beam rods would be much stronger due to the design but what are everyone elses thoughts.

I-beams are ususally more aimed toward lightweight all motor apps, h-beams being heavier used for my phyiscal strength in forced induction applications, not always tho

the following link has some good information about h and i beam rods though... its a good read for understanding the strengths, possible weakness, and applications for each design.
