ok well my freind came over and wanted to see what my car can do...h23a built block t3/t4 turbo etc....hondata s200 well i pushed 10ibs and the car was fine....(really beat on it) put it up to 15ibs and also fine... till i hit the stop light, smoke came up my hood. I pulled up the hood and saw the inlet from my raditor hose came off the engine... now my car is blowing white smoke and has a hard time staying on....please guys whats worse case that could of happend...btw thier was antifreeze all over the engine...please guys help me out

smoke also came up from the oil cap..when i took it off....could anything happen if radiator fluid went into the turbo....the engine is only 1 month old new turbo etc...

blown headgasket for sure you pressurized the cooling system and blew your hose off

yeap..yeap...

 

yes but it didnt come off the radiator it came of the inlet of the engine.....could thier be any other problems besides a blown headgasket.....

 

lesson learned:never **** with the boostcontroller on a cold day. Ifit was tuned for 10psi on a warmday, why turn it to 15 on a cold day???

It's the headgasket, nothing more, nothing less

 

I am going to agree with the above statemenets, I think it is probably the headgasket as well. Also, were you just turning it up for fun? Or have a wideband on it?

 

i just turned up the boost for a quick pull i went no hight then 90mph and shut down.....could a blown headgasket have any affect to my block.....

 

you can blow up a motor in a millisecond if something isnt right. it could have warped the head. after you pull yourhead,check it with a straight edge. if its off get it decked.

 

damn lesson learned turbo is fun but it's not a game, turning up the boost just 1 psi pass what it was tuned for could turn out to be very costly and the mph isn't a factor you could have detonation at low rpm/mph
