600 (B?)HP, that's rich. The largest compressor wheel that one comes with from Garrett is the dinky 71 mm. we know from the GT2871R. Garret specs it at 420 (B?)HP max.

2.0 ls vtec gt3255S did 513 whp @ 23 psi on pump gas.... injectors max'd out or else 600 was reachable with a better IM and cams at higher boost level .. since the turbo your speakin of is a 73 trim maybe more.. but check precisionturbo.net.. they have a chart on the GT32 ...and what trims and a lot more info ...

I have one custom built... precision, TO4E .63A/R going to the flow guy today, came off a porsche 911 Twin Turbo... after about 80miles, guy got larger turbos... but I will let you guys know the power when it gets back to me.

but on the porsche 3.2L they spooled up at 3400RPM so whoever knows how to do the math to figure out when they would spool up on a 1.6, 1.8, 2.0 that should give you an idea...

hope that helps... but with these 2 turbos he put down a little over 800 at low boost...
