GT28RS on a B16B
I have an opportunity to pick up a B16B for a fantastic price. since i have been slowly building my D16A6 turbo, i have matched it to a GT28RS. Will that turbo be undersized for the B16? if so, which GT(x) turbo would be a better match. i am looking for good midrange and throttle response (my D16 has ITBs just for that reason).

Its just fine. it has been done hundreds of times. Get a good manifold with a nice collector. If you are building the motor get a LS crank for the larger stroke and it will almost feel like a 350hp all motor car. Sleeves with 84mm bore, high compression, e85 and I will be jealous.

it would be a blasphemy to change the wonderful stroke/rod ratio of that engine. i will keep it stock internally.

This is my setup and im telling you NOTHING spools like the 28RS, NOTHING hits full boost before vtec and linear powerbands it out all the way to almost 9k... (plus a gutted EF doesnt hurt either)...
