Default gsr turbo vacuum problems... help!!!

Ok, i seem to have a vacuum problem with my turbo. i never hear the bov go off ever since i installed my turbo. here is what i have on my car
greddy type r bov, hks 40mm wastegate, b&m fpr, some kind of fmu (think its vortech), check valves, stock injectors.

Ok, i got my bov connected to the vacuum on the throttle body.
The 2nd vacuum is off the intake manifold, near the butterfly off the gsr intake manifold.

Vacuum then the 4 fitting splits off to the fpr then boost guage, then another 4 fitting splitter to the fmu and the wastegate.

Sorry if i didnt make myself clear enough.

1st vacuum > bov
2nd vacuum > splitter > fpr, boost guage > splitter > fmu > wastegate

Not sure what size line im running. Can anyone suggest a better way or help me figure out why my bov isnt going off? i tried my friend's greddy type r bov and its still the same thing, air is coming out but i dont hear it. also i'm running open down pipe.

ok let me try this out.

what psi are you running?

and with all the lines you have tee'd/split in to it seems you have a week vac source.I would go with a golden eagle vac manifold or if your broke/cheap drill and tap a few ports in the manifold that will get a better vac source.I had my BOV tee'd to my fpr and it worked but not well..so I drilled/tapped a 1/8 npt port in my mani right near the TB and now its all good..but a vac manifold would be the best option.

38 bucks shipped from camp1320.com

your probably running rich, if you check engine light comes on then its probably going into limp mode. Check you check vaves, i bet if you check the code it will be map sensor. also make sure your vacume line for your bov is AFTER the throttle plate, (ie: intake manifold)

isn't the type r bov for 12 + psi ? that may be why is does sound to loud.
As far as you 12,000 vaccum lines you need to get a Vaccum bar, as mentioned above. That will go from the brake booster to the intake manifold, that is where the largest amount of vaccum is. try that out.
