GsR camshafts

GsR camshafts
I was wondering if putting in gsr camshafts into my ls/vtec turbo would make a difference. I have 1st gen b16 head with a b18a1 block...Oh and should i leave the pistons alone at about 10 psi..or is the comp to high..
