Default Greddy Type S BOV installation help needed

I'm installing the greddy bov and i wanted to know where do you "T" in the vaccum line? And the instruction said to adjust the valve so that there is not leak at idle..how would i know if there is a leak or not at idle? thanks alot.

Tee it into any vacuum source (intake manifold). When idling your car, check to see if the BOV is leaking by placing your hand over the outlet.

Thanks. So i would'nt need a vaccum diagnostic gauge to test to see if there is a vaccum leak?
