Unless it is on a full-drag car, forget about streetability on it. Seriously.

it would spool, but it would take forever on a b16. no streetability what so ever, maybe on a large displcament built ls/vtec it would spool sooner but it wouldnt be much improvement

The Greddy T78's come stock with an exhaust housing that's equivalent to around a 1.00 A/R. For reference, most people running a PT67 are running .68 A/R housings on their hondas. Even supra owners call it a lagmonster in stock form. I'd guess full boost by 7500+ on a B16.

My friend has one on his Supra and it lags with a 3.0l... can't imagine how bad it would lag on a b16.

btw, I have a t70 on my 9:1 GSR and I consider it useless in the streets because of it's lag nevermind a t78.

Over here we have TD07/TD06 hybrids. The T67-25G can pump put 550ish whp but to get more you will have to go with one of the "super" hybrids that crams a full blown T78 exhaust wheel into a 25G housing.

FYI - T67 is actually a Greddy Mitsubishi turbo that has been on the market for 6 plus years so do not confuse it with a Garret T67 that will stomp the moneky snot out of it.

Nack to Mitsu turbos. If you really want a nice Mitsu turbi for your B16A2 the "L2" TD06-20G's are the turbo's to have. Good spool time and nice power under the curve. This is excellent for a strip and/or circuit. The T67 produces better results for straight-line action and the T78 should be reserved for trailor queen duty!

Greddy does not produce a T72 or T76... Those are Garret based turbos.
TD07 or T78 are the monickers. The production line runs from the TD025 (600cc motors) to the T88H that produces 1000+whp on RB26DETT's and 2JZGTE's.
