just go to home depot and buy one... they only have 1/8th npt which is ever so slightly different then the actuall thread pitch but no worries, thread it in carefully and then tighten it down, the threads in the block are just aluminum so they "learn" to adjust nicely.

It costs like 4$ and it's held up for 25k so far -- many do it this way.

Matt

PS- many people are going to alert you to the fact that an adapter (1/8th bspt-1/8th npt) exists and to get it-- it's up to you. I know for sure you don't need it and it works fine with some teflon.

i usually just run a 1/8 npt tap through the block threads and fit it until i like it, then run some red loctite on the threads and its good to go, 60k+ mi on my setups so far, not a single break or leak

Just order the 1/8 bspt to 1/8 npt adapter from Z10 and be done with it. I think mine was only $15 shipped, but they no longer post prices on their website. I could have sworn that http://www.mcmaster.com/ sold this piece in brass, but I can't find it on their website. The Z10 piece is stainless.

The rest of the parts are easy to find. BTW, it's ok to screw BSPT into NPT, but the other way around is supposed to be bad. You'll end up screwing the BSPT oil pressure sensor into the NPT "T" anyway. I'm sure you can force the aluminum in your block to "learn" but why **** up the threads in your block to save $10 or so?
