Default greddy kit ok to use without intercooler?

Just wondering, I'm getting my turbo kit put on soon and funds ran short so I can't get the intercooler. Is this ok to run the stock boost on? I also have a type-s bov and walbro fuel pump. Thanks!

yes it's ok to run without an ic. The greddy kits were made to run without one, but it would be good to get one. You have more turbo lag without the ic. All in all, I wouldn't go past stock boost until you have the ic.

You could easily find a junkyard SMIC from a DSM for just a few bucks. Better then no intercooler at all.
