Default Greddy intercoolers?

ok i was looking at greddy FMIC and i see that the type or spec V is for low boost...now the LS style seems to have smaller inlets/outlets but doesnt say anything about low/high boost....whats the dif??? this is for my new project which will be happening over the winter but i wanna know the difference before i order...i did some research but i cant find out if the LS style is ment for high boost and why is the spec v style meant for low boost when it has bigger inlets/outlets on the core itself?

Because the inlets/outlets don't determine "low boost" or "high boost". (You can read up on the FAQs about the the problems with that statement later.) The Type 24 intercooler has a larger surface area for over 600whp, while the Type 31 is a smaller hp rating for about 400whp. Depending upon your power needs is what will determine which intercooler would better suit you.
