Default greddy e-manage

ok guys, what do u think about the blue box??? if im using 450cc injectors, will it compensate for this? i will be using the optional harnesses and things, so that i can tune a fual map and timing as well... is this good, anyone have any comments on it, whats a good price i can expect w/ everything. oh, also is it easy to tune, can most places know how to use it.

Very easy to tune...you can do it yourself then fine tune at dyno...with all harness and stuff you are looking at about $650-$700...I love it...

my friend has this on his stealth TT. It looks really nice, for injectors, just enter your factory injector size, then the size you are currently using, and it compensates for it. I would love to see how the other boosted hondas using this are doing, I am seriously considering it. Do you need to use check valves and crap with it?

i have the e-manage, and 3 of the harnesses. but its not installed yet. Anyone know the limit on injector size, or is there no limit. ive heard everything from it can only support up to 550cc, but ive seen people usin up to 720cc.

sup kenny. the blue box is different from the e-manage. the blue box is what comes with the greddy kits, the e-manage is a piggy back system. it has good features for what it is but i personally prefer the hondata. it can do pretty good tuning for a piggy back though. has a lot of features like a standalone... datalogging, realtime map trace, etc. the only thign that i don't like is that it works similar to the vafc hack in that it manipulates map voltage. a friend of mine has it on his built turbo sohc. it made 240whp/220tq @ 14psi i think it was. and i have another friend that has it on his turbo (starlet motor) tercel (ULTIMATE SLEEPER and it is FAST). The tercel guy loves it, but the civic guy says it's very jerky at low throttle (similar to how the afc hack was sometimes on my car). it's not a bad system IMO but I'd rather a full standalone.

hondata isn't $2000+ it's more like $1000... and that's if u need to go obd1. example $150 p28 + $150 harness + $500 hondata. that's $800. this is for a 2b or like s100 i'm estimating with btw.

hondata can't really be tuned without a dyno, thats the best way to do it, i have herd from other the e manage can be done without a dyno, but is better to use one.

E Manage is cheaper + u can stay obd 2

Does anyone know if there's part throttle hesitation with the e-manage the way there is with the hack? Just wondering because the e-manage only trims fuel by reducing map voltage to the ECU too.

yup... it's still there. and can be worse than the hack. a guy i know has it and that's all he complains about. the low rpm part throttle hesitation.
