Just remove the fans...that's all you really need to do.

if you do leave the Raditor. intact, make sure you put a peace of cardboard on the face of the raditor because the fens can be easyily damged...

yea just use a dremal with a grinder bit on it...

Just remove the AC fan, not even sure why its needed anyway. I removed mine, sit in traffic with ~100 temps with AC on, temperatute gauge doesn't budge...just useless weight IMO.

the AC fan is for removing the heat from the AC condensor....if you're not moving, the AC will no be as cold. with the fan there, it will keep your AC nice and chilly. and what temp gauge are you looking at? why would AC affect the engines temp?

For some reason I didn't realize that its purpose was to keep the condensor cold, haha. However, I still have not noticed a decrease in the AC's "chill level output". And I was refering to the water temp gauge.

*In my old stang there was a hi-fan setting that came on with the AC, or when engine temps reached X-degrees. I figured the AC fan in the Teg was an extra fan for the purpose of coming on with the AC(as some vehicles tend to run hotter when it's on), or when engine temps raised over a certain point, as my stang did.

I run with a single fan in the a/c's fan spot. That's with a bigger radiator though.

That's the writeup done by Tyler at Group5 when he did my install. Look at steps 5-9 specifically.

Its a lot easier to remove the fans because the shrouds need to be modified anyway. Why would you want to lose the A/C fan if it fits fine with just a little modification?

with my 18g we had to cut the fan shroud down to. you dont need to remove the radiator' just remove the brakets on the top of the radiator' and it gives you a little more room. just be carful not to beat the fins up
