Grams 1150cc injectors... Anyone put them to work?!
Just curious who's running the 1150cc grams injectors and what they are making and getting out of them? Just got a set.
Last run at turbo game had 880 precisions H23V @ 15 psi sc6176e made 475 whp pump gas roughly 90% duty cycle.

Re: Grams 1150cc injectors... Anyone put them to work?!
I've personally never heard of the brand but someone here is bound to be running them or they know someone that does
like Mac said, it's still too cold and snowy and icy in places to drive cars like ours, unless trailered to a dyno but that won't tell you how an injector performs. also keep in mind that this is the time of year when most cars go under the knife for modifications, restorations, paint, etc.
so it might be awhile before you hear anything about them unless someone is currently using them
but when it comes to injectors, the key to any injector is to have a clean, stable idle and great drivability at low load, low rpm and partial throttle as well as having a nice uniform spray pattern with proper fuel atomization.
however, it used to be that the larger injectors had horrible idles, tip in fueling was jerky and they plain sucked to drive on at part throttle/low load. also some model larger injectors had horrible spray patterns you want atomization, it looked like someone was shooting a fire house out of the end of the injectors lol.
but like I said I am not familiar with the brand or what style injector they use. I'll look at their company site and see what I can find in order to help you a bit more, maybe they list injector data like injector flow vs. fuel pressure vs. pulsewidth, something similar to what FIC and Injector Dynamics offer.
I'm positive someone will post eventuality with things to say, whether good or bad but at least you'll have firsthand account feedback from people who have, or are still using them
