Default Got the oil feed lines done but the sensor will not tighten all the way???????? SEARCHED

I finished up the install on my oil lines and the oil pressure switch is in a tight spot that I can't get to with ANY tool to tighten. I hand tightened it the best I could but just want to get some ideas if this will be alright.

I also searched and seen that people don't even use the sensors. If this is not good enough could I just block it off and then next month get a oil pressure gauge and then have a true reading instead of a dummy light that is always to late. Thanks

if u plan on getting an oil pressure gauge then the dummy light is worthless...

i would just ditch the sensor all together. you wont throw any codes or anything without it.

I say run it.

You should be able to get in there to tighten it.

So hand tighten would be fine. I still want to keep it in there till I get the oil pressure gauge but just don't want the factory sensor so lossen up on me and leak oil all over and prob blow my **** up.

I think I'll use some locktite on it and hand tighten it to prevent it coming loose
