good setup?
ls/vtec
ported polished head,
cower springs, retainers, rods, turbo cams,
JE 9:1 compress pistons,
treated OE crank,
msd ignition,
ngk plugs,
yonaka coils and intercooler,
blowzilla turbo,
WAS header, downpipe, intercooler pipin,
tial wastegate and blowoff valve,
STR 70mm throttle body,
720cc injectors,
aeromotive 300lph fuel pump and FPR
drivetrain: act xtreme clutch, chromoly axels
honda s200 engine management
or
This is what my local shop suggested to my when i went in there today as they know i am looking into a motorswap, they said they researched it and i could run 19psi on pumpgas

What is WAS?
If you're talking about stock sleeves with that much power don't even think about it. Definitely get your block sleeved. Most of the time stock ignition>MSD. I'd go with Wiseco or CP pistons over JE.. and Manley rods.
Engine management:
Hondata S300, Neptune, or Crome Pro (Neptune is the best choice out of those three)
If you're looking at going with a standalone.. the Autronic probably one of the best and most affordable.
As for your HP goal.. I personally know a friend with a similar setup and dyno'd 400WHP on 93 Octane pump gas (Premium in Ohio) at 19-21PSI (I forget exactly).

my bad, was stands for **** Auto Spec
As for the block, it would be sleeved.
Local shop said they did one not too long ago that was running 404whp @8700 rpm, 260 ft/lb of tq in an EG. ran a 10.86 on street tires. Not sure if their BSing me or what, but, i figure it'd be close.
