Hey guys, I'am in the middle of a new motor build and I can't decide on what turbo to go with. Looking to make 450-500whp on stock sleeves, can the 5857 make that easily? Or will I need somthing bigger like the 6262. Here is what I have so far.

tial 38mm wastgate
3 inch thermal exhaust

Also will my small intercooler and wastegate make it for that kind of power goals? Any info would be appreciated, Thanks

The 5857 will get you there just fine.

5857 is the right choice. If you are running E85 or a high octane fuel, the 5557 would work too.

I Use the 5857bb 1.8L gsr on e85.
I changed from 38mm wastegate to 44mm.
Easy to achieve 400whp.
