Default good place to start with timing on a boosted sohc mini me?

wheres a good place to start witht he timing on this beast,using stock plugs and ignition gapped to .28.running between 8-12 psi.its a y7 mated with a z6 head.stock is 16 on the red line correct?and the line before and after is 14 and 18?
