Default going to dyno but have question

im headed to the dyno again today, last night it was running way rich with the 550's and the fuel pressure was at 20 psi(the lowest it can go). today i got some injectors outta a 91 turbo talon. i know there like 440 or 450's. my car is a 99 si, obd2 and i have the obd1 clips on them which will fit the talon injectors. my question is will i need a resistor box, is it absolutely necessary? thanks guys

You should have at least 2 bar of rail pressure behind the injectors at all times and not more than 4 bar at max.

i have the aem fpr that mounts on the stock rail. it has different orifaces. what are these. it has a .1", .15", and a .2". im assuming the bigger the oriface, the more fuel pressure?

Bigger orifice means more will flow thru, hence less pressure.
