GM 3bar vacuum source ?

Default GM 3bar vacuum source ?

Ive searched and read and read and searched for answers to the 1 simple question all be it maybe a stupid question but none the less a question that people all seem to have different answers for

What is the best source for vacuum for the GM 3Bar sensor or others as well

some say vacuum is vacuum and T it off others say give it dedicated

which and where is best to take vacuum for this

<U>or feel free to chime in on how you may have it set up</U>

mine is right on the plenum of my Edelbrock manifold. I would say that more direct it is the better it is !

BTW do you have the part number of this part... I have a problem on my car and I have to get another one to do a test.

directly off the IM if possible. otherwise T into brake booster or other vac source.

i havd a jdm b16 throttlebody on a victor x, when i had the stock im on there, i used the stock map port. but since the vic x has like 10 on the back, i just use that.

I run mine off the IM where the PCV line would be.

Best place would be directly off the manifold as close to the TB as possible. I strongly recommend that you do NOT tap off the brake booster.
