o2 sensor about 20-24" from turbo.

and any vacuum source will work for the map sensor. i.e. anywhere on the intake manifold.

i started it last night and it is running way rich and will hardly stay running, and it threw cel 41 as soon as i started it, the o2 is at the firewall were it is stock, dont know if thats to far? i had a base map set so i could break in the engine before tuning, it was burned for 880cc inj., and the gm 3bar i dont know if the map is the problem it just seems like it is running off a [freak]ed up map its has a bad hesistation at idle and doesnt want to rev

you said it right there. GET IT TUNED. a basemap is not gonna get your car running anywhere near perfect.

the engine has 0 miles on it i dont think its a good idea to tow it to a tuner and have them dyno a engine that has not even had the rings seated, the car should run with the basemap.

my engine had 0 miles on it when i had it dyno tuned about a year and a half ago. it saw 8500rpms right from the get go. running better than ever still today. this is how most people do it.

there is no break-in on a engine. just go get it tuned.

the rings must be seated before it can see high boost pressure, theres a reason there are basemaps, im not trying to get full power out of the engine it will not rev, it has a bad hesitation at ilde there is a problem somewhere so i cant have it tuned, any tuner will tell you make sure your car is in proper working order, fresh oil, plugs, no leaks, ect.

the tuner will obviously get it running

the rings take about 5 seconds to seat.

just tow it to a tuner. the rings will seat very quickly while your tunning it, you dont need to break in the motor

motors 30 years ago used to take many miles b4 the rings were properly seated.

now days with newer materials, rings are seated within the first 5-10 minutes of running at an idle. Go get your car tuned.
