Im not sure how much boost I plan to run. Wont know til I get on the dyno and see how things look. In the process of getting parts together, wondering if going with 3bar will be ok even if I dont boost past 15-20psi? This is going to be on a GT35R, fully built motor but probably just on pump gas.

 

It never overkill, doesnt matter how much psi you run.

not overkill, just make sure your tuner scales your load axis correctly so that you keep good resolution
