Garrett T28 questions

Hey whats up guys..one of my friends is trying to get a manifold made by Cody AKA Tinker219, LoveFab and he is going to be using the Garrett T28 turbo..the problem is that we are not sure what kind of flange that turbo uses..anyone here know?

yeah a t28 is a t3 compressor and a t25 turbine
