Which garrett model is this ?
There was a post before I flipped out, where I calmly stated the same thing. Then I was personally attacked. In person, that would have resulted in a smack in the mouth. I'm a very nice guy, but I can't stand people who don't know what they are talking about, then when they are corrected, they get ignint. If I came across as harsh, I apologize, but at the time I feel it was warranted. This is how I am, very nice and calm, then it is your turn... You deside my next response. As for Sonny, he is just a nice guy all the time... and a father... much calmer.
The turbo Sonny has is an S14 turbo. I have the Pulsar GTi-R T28. Only difference being the turbine housing. Mine is the .86... I think he has a great match for his 1.6 I think he will hit his goal with the .64, also, finding a .86 a/r T25 turbine housing will be fun... As the Pulsar is the only one that I know of that has one... HKS sells an internally gated T25 housing for their 2540? line of turbos for like $240ish. Also, to get 320HP out of a .64 a/r turbined T25, he would have to push upwards of 1 bar. On a side note, the Greddy manifold has the same outlet as the HKS Sonny has pictured above. The Turbine housing greddy uses for the TD04H-15G in the SOHC kit is a specially cast unit made by Greddy. It has a standard Garrett T25 inlet flange and a wacky 4 bolt outlet that I have yet to find anywhere, although it appears to be similar to a stealth/300gt TD04... The DOHC TD05H-18G uses a standard Garrett T25 turbine housing... HTH, If anyone has questions please feel free to IM me, or if you don't want to talk to me, cause I'm an *******, talk to Sonny, he's a great guy, I bother him allt the time...
I apologize for not answering this question earlier, I was... "distracted"
I would not even THINK about putting that turbo on a B18C5, with or without an intercooler. It is too small, and this is coming from a T25 fan. It will not flow enough CFM at the RPM ranges where the B18C5 would be most happy. IMO, I would go for the all-to-common, tried-and-true T3/T04E with a LARGE tubine housing. If you want to use the manifold and have some cash, Look into the HK$ line of T25 flanged GT series turbos... As for injectors, 450cc and up! Stay away from FMUs.. It's a B18C5...you will need very good engine management.

You know what's funny, I checked out that link... page one, I'm like, "O.K." "he's going to give you a refund".. Why post the "scammer" in this unrelated post? Then I got to page 4... 3 pages of him not showing. He totally scammed you. Then he posts that comment about me... HAHAHAHA!!! I give people what they deserve, whether it's attitude, or a product they paid thier hard-earned money for. Hypocrite!
