Yup, Like the title says. Do NOT buy from this guy. He is a total joke. to make a long story short, since there are always threads about scammers, He sold me a 99-00 Civic Si Climate Control Unit that was suppose to be in "good" condition. Well what do you know. I get the unit, and not only is it fuggggggged up, it DOESNT EVEN LIGHT UP AMBER.

I am not making all of this up, I have the pictures to back myself up. I have done my own research on the topics you have created and have figured out what you have sold me. I have also done enough research to realize what car it came off, what you bought, and what you sold me. You may want to go back and edit a few of the topics you have created in the past, which have now been archieved, stating what kind of poor condition your si climate control is, and what you bought to replace it with. Just trying to give you a chance to clear up this mess. Because if we cannot come to a agreement, then I will post on h-t, and if those threads arent edited, people will see what you sold me.

You believe I am in this to ruin your name, but sorry, not everyone is narrow minded like you, I am here to ruin peoples names, nor do i want to turn people against you, I just merely want what i paid for, very simple. So to sum up in all what i am hearinf from you is that you do not want the 99 S climate control i sent to you....correct ? then send it back and i will refund the money in which you paid for it and i will sell it to somone that wants the unit. HOWEVER i'll even eat the shipping that i sent it out with, since you will have to do the same to ship it back to me. this is thee only and easiet way i se this working out in the end, considering my time is now very short to play on the computer,,,,,,family to take care of.

as for me sending the money to you first, you are tripping if you think i am gona send you money first. HELL NO. you'll probly send me some peice of **** Climate control and try to say that it was the one i sent you in the begining, which we both know the one i sent you is/was a SI and was /should still be in good condition.
your options are to....
A: send it out and give me the tracking number then i will pay you AFTER i look it over to make sure you didn't **** it up.
OR
B: keep what the SI climate control in good condition i sent you.

Hes claiming that I fugged up the climate control, sorry to say I had 2 very well known H-T members with me when we opened up the package. One is Arno (98itR484) we are at his house now, posting this up, and the other Arman (ChargedSi99).

It shouldnt have gotten to this point, but too bad it did. Yes I know there is always 2 sides to a story, so I will let him take a shot at it. but you got all the info right here.

I have sold many things to many poeple all in which they have had NO problems. as you can see from ebay feedback, vouchs on local import webpages here, here on honda-tech, and paypal. I sent Arinx EXACTLY what he paid 80$ for a 99 SI civic coupe Climate control which was in GOOD condition. And it DID light up amber when it was boxed up here and sent out. you obvioulsy had time to take out the bulbs as shown in that pic. If you read throught the IM's you can see what the deal was since you didn't want it. i told you that if you had a problem with it to send it back and i would paypal you back the 80$ but since you wanted to keep it you post a negitive topic on me, that makes YOU look bad, thats fucked up man.
like i said before i don't really care what others think of me, i know i cam in the right. I gave you the options to either send it back or keep it.

yes the pics are blury but you can easily tell all the scratches that are on them. The scratches are clearly visable.
Also Nobody in their right minds will send money to some one who has just lied to them. That is just stupid.

 

You also need to stop lying. I was there when the package was opened. I personally installed the unit myself, and let me tell you, this unit is a piece of crap, and it doesnt even light up amber. Go read your old posts, you even say you have a Si climate control that is banged up. Which you bought a 98 unit to replace it with. Its people like you that give the import scene a bad rep

jason is a good guy.. i have bought parts from him in the past and everything came the way he said they would.. hes a legit seller and buyer.. never had a problem.. easy to talk to.. worked out deals for me.. like he stated.. he would take it back and refund the money, but i guess you didn't accept.. i will vouch for him..

 

I have bought a few parts from LSturboHB and he is not a scammer. Personally i think the pics are to blurry to see the scratches. He said good condition not excellent so what do you expect? I would understand being pissed off if you recieved the part and it was cracked but scratched, give me a break. If you are unhappy with it send it back to him and get your money and buy one from someone else or better yet go buy one from a dealership and then you might be happy with it.

Ok, I usually try to stay out of **** like this, but Im gonna voice my opinion


First of all, you are lucky LSturboHB is nice enough to offer a refund.
There is a huge risk of buying items over the internet, obviously there is going to be a difference of the definition of "good condition" between two parties.
If you were unsure of the condition, you should have asked for pictures, if he couldnt provide pictures of what "condition" it was in, you shouldnt have taken the risk to buy it.

Now, if LSturboHB said it was in good condition with little or no scratches, then i believe he was in the wrong.

However, two peoples opinions are going to be much difference between "good conditions" .

IE. perfect example for you, My friend has an integra, he doesnt care if it has door dings, scratches whatever, but he washes it and does all the suggested mantainence.
Now take my car, i take a **** if there is a spot of dirt I cant get off my car. We would both say our cars are in great condition. however they arent the same


Bottom line, if you dont like it, send it back, get your refund and let this be a learning lesson.....

I've dealt with LSturboHB also recently. He's LEGIT in my book, but everyone will have their own opinion and experience. We traded parts and both shipped our own package as a mutaul agreement. My package arrive as expected.

My though about this is that you should just have accepted the REFUND if you were not happy about what you received, especially if he OFFER to REFUND the money back. Regardless of what the condition of the item- HE offer a REFUND and i assume you declined since this post is up about him. And the pictures arent too clear either. From what I see it as- in his opinion about the item it was in 'good condition.' Now after you received it, to you it wasn't what you expected and you were unhappy. Instead of REFUSING the item and accepting a refund, you kept it.

This can easily be RESOLVED by accepting a REFUND and RETURN the item for the amount paid. This does not need to be dragged any futher.
