The general rule is that most Honda B series stock blocks are good for about 300whp reliably. There are several people who, with the right setup and a good tune, have made significantly more than 300whp. There are a few factors that determine how much power you can really make on the stock B18.
1. Turbo setup
2. Fuel grade
3. Tuner's ability
4. Not giving a **** about blowin up an LS Stock block

save yourself some money if you havent already bought the kit and look at the synapse motorsports kit. same thing just a little cheaper and better quality.

Another thing i forgot to mention is that the GT3076r, as good of a turbo as it is, may be a little overkill for your goals. If you can justify spending the money on it, then go for it, but you're not going to get the full use out of it. Something like a 57trim or GT3255 will work almost as well for a fraction of the cost.
