Default Full of crap?

Hey guys. I just wanted to know if this guy is full of crap or not. He claims to be pulling 289 off of a ZC with no forced induction setup. Is that even possible?

@SOHC
In order for this to be true could you tell me how to achieve this in very general terms and what you think it would cost. I don't need specifics as I'm not attempting this. I'm just curious what you think has been done to this engine and what he spent.

9.2's in the 1/8 with 289 HP in a 2100lb car Hmm.... He must be that type of person that adds up the maximum horsepower that each box says.... Plus if he even dyno'd it like he said there would be a graph posted Id think. Either way I think he is full of crap.

you must be smokin the crack from the same dealer the guy on ebay is. 289whp is not possible on a zc without some form of FI. its just not possible. he must have that 50whp that the sk2 TB adds.

SERIOUSLY FULL OF ****.. maybe if it was boosted with a nice setup..

this is the kind of guy that reads the article about his aftermarket replacement parts adding up to 20hp, and assumes that's what he got out of it.. as far as making dyno claims, i'm sure he'll just pull one of the net if anyone asks

Someone should ask him for his dyno chart. I unfortunately can't since before creating this thread I had already sent him a message ridiculing him about his HP claims.
