Thinking of scrapping the idea of going with greddy kit and going with pure A'PEXi setup.......any opinions on A'PEXi compared to Greddy?:

Actually, try it out and enjoy... I'm a bit skeptical about that VAFC for a full tune, however... POWER FC would be a better option, but that does cost a bit more..

VAFC is good for low boost levels and probably 310 or maybe 440 injectors
if you get the 440's it will run rich and smoke like a bitch when you get on it, but will make good power

a friend of mine has a hatch with a stock GSR motor (JDM GSR/SiR-G) with a thicker headgasket
he has turbo kit
walbro 255 lph pump
VAFC II
bigger injectors

makes like 310whp at 10-12 psi on 93 octane

how much more is the pwoer fc?

im getting all apex **** for my car and i get it dirt cheap so............ just tell me the best apexi **** and the part number and ill look up prices and pick it up

i would say just get hondata if a VAFC won't fit your needs

Apex'i also offers a Pre-Tuned Power FC for the DC2 and their turbo kit.

actually im getting it direct from apex in japan...........

just waiting for confirmation of the manifold, they might have to custom one for me because they're not sure, and these time differences are annoying to say the least haha

ha your probally the second one thats getting the apexi turbo kit for bseries. I had the first one that was in the USA. My friend bought it in a litlte over 2 years ago and then i bought it from him.

forthe price i bought it for it was a great turbo kit, but for the price he bought it for. it was crappy.

depending how much your going to be spending.
