Default Fuel too hot? Help

Lately the weather has been up to about 75 degrees and hunid around here, the hottest my turbo motor has ever seen. It runs pretty normal except it feels laggy which is to be expected. The question I have is, after driving my car and letting it sit for 10-35 mins, when I go back to start it, it fires fine but runs really lean, like 19:1 for about a minute and will miss if I try to drive it. If I let it idle and hold it at like 1500 for about 30 seconds it goes back to normal. If it sits less then 10 minutes its fine or more then 35 its fine also. I also have noticed that the Fuel rail gets Extremely hot after sitting. Is it possible that the fuel is getting so hot in the rail that it is boiling off a bit and not burning well like in a carb motor? That is my only idea. Any advice would be awesome. Thanks

Sounds like the plugs are are not the right heat range for the weather. The reason u are reading real lean is probably because the fuel isnt being combusted properly.

Yeah but it goes back to normal after the motor has run about 30 seconds- 1 minute. So I doubt it is the plugs, unles they are gettting heat soaked.

I dont think that your issue lies with the fuel getting to hot. The water vapor in the fuel could be vaporizing. I dont think thats the issue eathier. I honnestly dont know, but bump for you, maybe someone else knows. Good luck. BTW what fuel management are you runing?

I have also noticed that after being in traffic the idle gets VERY rich, like 10.9-11.1:1 and when I stop the car the charge pipes are super HOT. Im thinking that the air is just too hot going in and is not burning right which is causing the rich condition. I plan on rerouting the piping away from the radiator and heat wrapping it. Could this also be the gas for the lean condition? Some crazy burn problem?
