Default fuel questions

i have an in line ful pump feeding my t3/t4 on a 98 prelude, it is very scary where it is located and i want to either relocate it or replace it with a in the tank pump. if i use an in tank (holley forced induction) will that be enuogh? ? ?

it's scary because of it's location just seems like a fire hazard to me. also i think it is too much because my a/f guage stays green and only green not because it's not hooked up i checked, it is. also my presure is @47psi. is that bad?
