Will the intank walbro work with the bosch 044, if so how do i wire them up, and how do i run them with the fuel lines, Do i need a sump or can i just place anywhere in the line.

You want to mount it to the side of the shock tower or really anywhere near the fuel rail feed side.

And yes, you can run a walbro to feed the bosch.
