i've done a search, but can't find enough info on fuel pumps

i am goin' to run:
-vortech 12:1 FMU
-stock injectors
-b&m FPR
-7psi boost max

i want to get an inline fuel pump, but am having trouble trying to find out one that will satisfy my cars needs.

are the MSD ignition high pressure fuel pumps [Capable of 43 gph at 40 psi/162l/h]
any good? will that be good enough for my setup?

i would appreciate it, if anyone can suggest a good inline fuel pump for around $100, and from where i can purchase it
